order Christmas ornament portrait

Important!
Orders placed after December 5 should verify that Christmas delivery will be guaranteed.
There may be a price increase in late November.

If
requesting a portrait of a person or a pet, only a
good likeness is guaranteed, as these faces are being painted
on a sphere within less than a
3" area.

The face in your photo must be at least 2" x 2", otherwise it is difficult to
extract accurate detail and order will not be accepted.

No emailed
photos, unless preapproved. If
reprinted at artist location, the printer color may vary quite a
bit from the actual subject. All
photos are returned with order.

Please include any
text that you want to appear on the back or front of the ornament.

pricing

Important!
White, silver
pearl or
frosted 2 5/8 glass Christmas ball - $35.00 each plus $5.00 shipping for one portrait per ornament.
(If you are
wanting two faces per ornament, the price doubles - $70.00 each plus
shipping)
Pricing may go up in late November
to $50.00 per ornament, due to the
large volume of orders received

If
requesting something unusually difficult or extremely detailed, pricing is subject to change.

Payment is due
with order, but will not be cashed until order is shipped.

Shipping
is $5.00 per ornament for orders under a quantity of 10 ornaments. If
ordering more than 10, shipping invoice will be included with your shipment
and due upon receipt of order.

Large
orders of 50 or more are accepted, if ordered in advance!

Larger ornaments
and other colors are available. Price varies.
Payment
information
Checks should be made payable to
Melanie Haislip and due with order request. Paypal and credit cards not
accepted at this time.
If placing
an order after December 5, please verify that Christmas delivery will be
guaranteed. Due to the large quantity of orders placed after Oct. 1st,
turn around time varies.
Mural
painting near Charlottesville, VA

On site mural
painting rate - $35.00/hr An approximate time to complete project will be
discussed.

Travel time within 1 hour of Charlottesville, VA to destination is included at
no extra charge for the first 2 visits.

After 1 hour travel time or past 2 visits to location, travel time will be
charged at $15.00/hr.

If hotel is necessary, customer will be required to split the cost of hotel that
is agreed upon by artist.

Depending on project, there may be supply cost, which will be discussed prior to
beginning work.

A rough sketch will be drawn up for client approval. Sketch price is
$35.00/hr.

A deposit will be required prior to beginning project.

orders are subject to quote, due to the variety of individual and personalized
art created.
